1. Service Description

ScreenComply provides structured integrity reporting infrastructure for remote hiring environments. The service monitors system-level signals during virtual interview sessions and generates classified integrity reports.

2. Acceptable Use

The service is intended for use by authorized enterprise organizations for the purpose of generating integrity documentation for hiring and assessment processes.

3. Data Ownership

Session data and generated reports are owned by the deploying organization. ScreenComply acts as a data processor on behalf of the deploying organization.

4. Limitations

Integrity reports provide structured signal classification and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions. Reports are designed to support, not replace, human judgment in evaluation processes.

5. Liability

ScreenComply provides integrity documentation infrastructure. The deploying organization retains responsibility for all hiring decisions made using report data.
