ScreenComply

    Staffing, RPO and contingent workforce

Confirm the person who starts is the person you placed.

    Updated November 2026

Open-enrollment classes of hundreds, half on personal devices, suppliers who never meet the worker. ScreenComply runs on whatever device the candidate uses, from the interview through the first day of training, and gives your program team the evidence.

Why contingent programs are the softest target

The client trusts the supplier, the supplier trusts the recruiter, and nobody in the chain has to meet the worker. A Staffing Industry Analysts 2025 buyer survey found 41% of contingent workforce professionals in the Americas report candidate validation and fraud challenges. Checkr's 2026 research found 71% of staffing HR managers say AI makes candidate fraud harder to catch, and nearly a quarter of hiring managers had lost more than $50,000 to hiring or identity fraud in the past year.

The pattern program managers describe: candidates are legitimate through the interview and the I-9, then on day one someone else logs in on their credentials, often from overseas, and the location mismatch surfaces after onboarding and the first pay run. How it works in a program

    1. 01

      Consent at the interview

Candidates consent to monitoring at the interview or realistic job preview, told exactly what is covered; the notice itself removes most people who are only there to hand off access.

    2. 02

      Flags during the interview

During the interview the agent flags remote access, a second operator, virtual cameras and AI assistants, with timestamped evidence.

    3. 03

Checks at onboarding and day one

A physical baseline from the interview is checked again at onboarding and on day one of training, so a substitution is flagged without a certified ID bank.

      Your team decides

Your program team reviews flagged sessions and decides; nothing is rejected automatically, and a confirmed fraudulent session can have its device locked out of the program.

Fits the devices you actually have

    Personal devices

The agent installs for the session and runs only then.

    Client-issued equipment

The same agent, with the option to distribute through MDM.

    Browser-only situations

A browser-based mode covers less and is available where an install is not possible.

    What your client gets

    • A written record for every flagged session.
    • A per-class or per-program view of flags.
    • Proof to the client that identity was confirmed at the interview and on day one.
    • A deterrent that costs less than one bad placement.

See how the second operator shows up in proxy interviews and on the remote access detection page.

    Pricing

Priced per session, scoped to the touchpoints you cover (interview only, or interview plus onboarding and day one), with program-level pricing for recurring classes. Book a demo for a quote on your volumes.

    Frequently asked questions

Do we need the client's IT team involved?

Not for personal devices. For client-issued equipment, MDM distribution is optional and takes a short setup.

Can this run inside our existing interview platform?

It runs alongside Zoom, Teams and Meet and alongside assessment platforms; see Platform Integration for integrations.

    Who reviews the flags?

Your program team, with the evidence attached. ScreenComply offers a human-review tier on request.

What about candidates abroad who are legitimate?

Location is one signal among several, and a person reviews every flag. A legitimate remote worker is not treated as fraud for being remote.
